Overview:

Like most organisations you are likely to have a disaster recovery plan, how confident are you that it will deliver IT service continuity to the business?

This workshop is designed to examine a holistic approach to Service Continuity Management, discussing the applications and related technologies that deliver services.

We will explore processes that should be followed to ensure that services can be recovered within the timeframes required by the business, and how these fit within a Business Continuity framework. We will also introduce the latest ITIL V3 series of good practices for Service Continuity Management.

Participation at this workshop will help you to understand more about the services that you deliver to your organisation and how they are made up from application and infrastructure in a virtualised environment.
