Overview

This training course focuses on performing scripted installations of ESX servers, Service Console security, monitoring of ESX servers and VMware HA, Distributed Resource Scheduling, VMware Consolidated Backup and fault analysis. It is a continuation of a preceding course entitled VMware Infrastructure 3: Install and Configure. Completion of this course meets the class requirements for VMware Certified Professional.

Audience

  • This course is intended for Systems Administrators and Engineers who implement VMware environments.

Prerequisites

  • System administrators and systems integrators experienced with Virtual Infrastructure 3 who are responsible for scaling their organisations deployment of VMware technology.
