Overview

This 1-day course is designed for those familiar with ITIL v2 and now want to understand what the differences are between ITIL v2 and ITIL v3. It focuses on the new structure (The Service Lifecycle) and how this extends beyond the Service Support and Service Delivery focus in ITIL v2.

Audience

This course is aimed at all stakeholders in Service Management, including IT Service Managers and Service Professionals.

Prerequisites

  • Delegates will need a working knowledge of ITIL® v2 and must possess ITIL® v1 or v2 Foundation Certification in order to attend this course.
